Return & Cancellation

If you have received a wrong item that was not part of your order, we do offer an exchange for it. We also allow exchanges for electronic items if the item is received dead or the sealed item is received opened. However, the condition is that an unboxing video must be provided clearly showing that the seal was already open or the item is dead, and it must be shared within 24 hours.
