Return Policy

At Remington.pk, returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or damaged product. If you receive the wrong product, it is eligible for return only if the product remains unopened and unused. For damaged products, an unboxing video is mandatory to verify the condition on delivery. Change-of-mind or choice-based returns are not accepted. 

When Can I Request a Return?

You may request a return if:

  • You received a different product from the one you ordered, provided the product remains unopened and unused. 

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You have a clear unboxing video showing the parcel and product condition.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

An unboxing video is mandatory for every return request.

The video should clearly show the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition and the product inside. Without a valid unboxing video, no return request will be accepted.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, you may request a return only if the product seal has not been opened and the product remains unused.

Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately with your order details and required unboxing video. Once the product seal has been opened, the product will not be eligible for return.

Damaged Product Received

If your product arrives damaged, contact our Customer Service Team with your order details and the required unboxing video.

The return request will be reviewed based on the condition shown in the video. Without an unboxing video, damaged-product return requests will not be accepted.

How Long Does a Replacement Take?

Once the returned product is received and verified, the correct product will be sent to you within 10 to 15 working days.

What Returns Are Not Accepted?

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Choice of product after purchase

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with opened or broken seals

  • Returns without a valid unboxing video

How Can I Request a Return?
